This quote pretty much defined my life. Growing up, the only thing I wanted was to have a simple, happy family life--that's it. But my journey in the pursuit of this simple dream led me to stumble into a lot of pitfalls, particularly in family and love relationships. I made so many mistakes in the past that a lot of times, I struggled to pull back 'time' and wished I could start over to make them right. It was not until I found my Lord that He made me realize that to be happy, I can only move forward not backwards. Today I have moved on to better things. I am content with my life now, knowing that I have a God who protects me and family & friends who support me through 'thick and thin'. Of course, my life still isn't perfect. But my God is giving me the strength I need in my weakness. "Simple life is what makes a person happy." I know that now, and I can't thank God enough for the blessings!
